What does BO mean on my invoice?

If you are missing an item from your package and on the invoice it is circled with “BO,” then this means BACK ORDER.

This indicates that we are currently SOLD OUT of that product and will re-deliver the item to you once we have it back in stock.

Sometimes it will be available to buy on the website at the time, but once we run out of stock, we send out invoices with the letters “BO”.

Members who have back orders will be the first to receive the product when the shipment is released to the Warehouses.


How do I know where my orders from my downline are coming from?

The first number of the order is coded to indicate the following:

I ordered 2 products today. Can I pay for both products together?

Because payment occurs according to each purchase order when submitted and completed, we recommend that you order under one order number if you wish to pay for the products together. If you are mailing a money order or paying by bank deposit, then you can check your payment statement by calling our Customer Support Center.

*Deliveries may be delayed due to mailing time and payment confirmation.


When is the payment deadline after I place an order?

Payments should be made within three days of ordering, including the day that you order.

For example, if your order was made on January 2nd, then your payment must be completed by 12am on January 4th (i.e. 11:59pm on January 3rd).

Your order record will close after three days so we cannot process your order afterwards.


How do I change the payer or method of payment?

​Once you have confirmed the payment online, you cannot change the method of payment or credit card information.

If you wish to cancel the order, please call our customer support center at (253)946-2344.


How do I pay using Direct Bank Deposit as my payment method?

When using direct bank deposit as a method of payment:

  1. Obtain correct amount of the total.
  2. Go to any Bank of America branch.
  3. Make an in-person deposit into the Atomy Bank account. Include your member ID number anywhere on the deposit slip. Please make sure to deposit the correct amount into our bank account.

Note: ​Orders are processed once we can verify that the full payment has been made.
​Banks require 24 hours to process the amount deposited.
