Can my husband/wife and I have two separate member ID’s?

Married couples must share a single ID.
If you and your spouse have signed up as separate members, please send us an email explaining your situation because this violates our company policy regarding duplicate ID’s.


Is there any admission fee required to become a member?

There is no admissions or entrance fee


What is my password and guest password?

Upon becoming a member of Atomy, you will receive My Password and Guest Password.

Logging in with My Password allows full access to all categories including ​Shopping Mall​, My Office ​and ​our online customer support center, ​Ch.Atomy.

Logging in with ​Guest password ​allows limited access​ to categories such as the Guest Board ​and ​Shopping Mall​, however purchasing products and performance tracking will be restricted. The ​Guest password ​is primarily for potential members so you can introduce them to the Atomy website without jeopardizing your personal information. Guests can also join using this password.


I forgot my ID/password. How can I find them?

If you have forgotten your member ID and/or password:

  • ​1. Click Login at the top-right corner of our homepage (www.atomy.com/us/Home)
  • Click Find ID/Password.
  • Follow the steps to recover your member ID or password.

I don’t know any sponsors. What can I do to join?

Contact our Customer Support Center at (253)946-2344 and we will refer you to the nearest Atomy center.


How do I cancel my Membership?

​There are are no conditions for cancelling your membership so you can withdraw from your Atomy membership at any time.

Online withdrawal:

  1. Go to our homepage at www.atomy.com/us/Home and login.
  2. Go to the My Office tab located at the top of the page.
  3. Click My Account and then Edit My Account.
  4. Click Withdraw next to Name (ID).

Offline withdrawal:
Call our Customer Support Center at (253)946-2344.


How do I become a member?

To become an Atomy member:

  1. Go to our homepage at http://www.atomy.com/us/Home​
  2. Click Join Us at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your sponsor’s membership ID and password to access the registration page. A sponsor is registered Atomy member. If you do not have a sponsor, please contact our customer support center at (253)946-2344.
  4. Fill out the registration information and you will receive you own Atomy membership ID and password.

Can I register for multiple membership ID’s?

Anyone over the age of 18 may become a member by registering one member ID.

Atomy America Inc. follows all rules and regulations (adopted before 2009) in accordance and in conjunction with Atomy Co. Ltd applied retroactively to all active members.​ Upon signing up for membership, members agree to Atomy America Inc.’s terms and conditions which states that each individual is allowed one ​ID. Registering more than once is prohibited and will result in termination of all ID’s for misconduct. Center leaders should make sure that their members are aware of this policy and do not sign up multiple times under different ID’s.


How do I change my personal information?

To change your personal information:

  1. Login to your account from www.atomy.com/us/Home.
  2. Click Edit My Account at the top right corner of the web page.
  3. You can edit your center, password, phone number, address, or email.
  4. Click Confirm when you are done editing.
